摘要
市场化是高等教育发展主要趋势,为使高职院校更好地回应市场需求,进一步提高高职院校人力资源管理与开发的质量和效率,促进高职院校可持续发展。着重论证作为准公共部门的高职院校,借鉴作为营利性私人企业人力资源管理的基本理论和方法的现实性与可行性,并在深入剖析高职院校人力资源管理现状和问题的基础上探索提出高职院校人力资源管理企业化改革的路径。
Marketilization is the main trend of higher education development in response to market demand.In order to improve the quality and efficiency of human resourse development and management in higher vocational college,and promote the sustainable development of higher vocational college,this paper mainly demonstrates the reality and feasiblity of higher vocational college as quasi-public sector using the basic theory and method of human resourse management in entriprise as profit-oriented private sector for reference.On the basis of analysis on higher vocational college human resourse management status and problem,it explores the route of entriprization reform of human resourse management in higher vocational college.
