摘要
小学语文个性化教学具有重要的价值,一方面彰显小学语文教师的个性;另一方面促进小学生的个性化发展。为了更好地进行小学语文教学,教师需要树立个性化教学理念,进行个性化教学设计,转换教师角色,研究学生,运用信息技术,进行个性化教学。同时,学校需要提供一个支持性的环境和氛围,要加强个性化教学评价体系的构建。
The personalized teaching of Chinese Language in Primary school has an important value.On the one hand,it highlights the personality of the primary school language teachers,and on the other hand,it promotes the development of primary and secondary students personalized.In order to carry out the primary language teaching better,teachers need establish a personalized teaching philosophy,have personalized instructional design,converse roles as a teacher,study students,use information technology to personalize teaching.At the same time,from the external conditions,schools need to provide a supportive environment and atmosphere,as well as to strengthen the construction of personalized teaching evaluation system.
