The Preliminary Study on the Knowledge Inequality Problems in the Library

图书馆内部知识不平等区别于以读者为观照对象的外部知识不平等,是指馆员或人格化的"图书馆"在知识交流中获取知识上的不对等,主要包括双方直接交流中的知识不平等、多方直接交流中的知识不平等以及共享第三者知识的不平等三种不同情况。无论是哪种情况,都需要利益补偿机制发挥作用,对不平等中的知识"损失"方给予一定的补偿,包括物质方面的补偿和精神方面的补偿。

Different from the external knowledge inequality taking readers as the observation object, the knowledge inequality problems in the library is that the librarian or the personification library is not equal in the acquisition of knowledge in the knowledge exchange, mainly includes the three fol- lowing cases： the knowledge inequality in the direct communication between the both sides, the knowledge inequality in the direct communication among the many sides and the knowledge inequality arising from the sharing the knowledge of the third party. In either case, it needs some effects occur- rence of benefit compensation mechanism to compensate for the party of the knowledge loss, that is the pecuniary compensation and the mental compensation.
