筋骨草甾酮提取及其对大、小鼠生长的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了筋骨草甾酮分离、提取工艺,探讨了筋骨草甾酮对大、小鼠生长情况的影响。采用水提、醇提、层析、萃取等方法,筛选筋骨草甾酮提取最佳工艺;取5周龄大、小鼠各40只雌雄分开,设立对照组,采用饮水给药,分析筋骨草甾酮对大、小鼠生长情况的影响。结果表明,4种工艺中以TJ工艺为最佳;筋骨草甾酮组大、小鼠的生长、发育、精神状态良好,与对照组没有显著差异。 The aim is to compare the extraction method of Ajuga decumbens ketosteroid and study its effect on the growth of rat and mouse. The extraction methods of Ajuga decumberts ketosteroid inclu- ding water extraction, alcohol extraction, chromatography and extraction were compared to get the best method. Through drinking water administration, forty mice and forty rats were used to study the growth effect of Ajuga decumbens ketosteroid. TJ extraction is proved the best among all methods we tested and the experimental groups of rat and mouse show no significant difference of growth, devel- opment and mental state with control groups.
