摘要 介绍了低压脉冲磁场对纯金属、低熔点合金和复合材料等凝固组织影响的最新研究进展。并分析了低压脉冲磁场在材料凝固组织的颗粒细化机理以及对非晶态合金的晶化机理。低压脉冲磁场在纯金属、铜合金等材料凝固组织晶粒细化取得了一些显著效果,但低压脉冲磁场对材料凝固的研究还存在初始阶段,还需要在脉冲磁场参数与晶粒细化效果及影响机制、焦耳热导致枝晶尖端温度升高和脉冲磁场对二次相析出的影响等方面还需要进一步的研究。 Recent progress is presented regading the research of low voltage pulse magnetic field on the solidification structures of pure metals, alloys with low melting point and composite materials. And the mechanism of refined grain and crystallization poduced by the low voltage pulse magnetic field in the solidification structure and amorphous alloy is also investigated. Althougt it has made some signif- icant effect on the grain refinement of solidification organizations such as the pure metal and Cu alloy under the action of the low voltage pulse magnetic field, its research only exists in the initial stage, the questions of main foctors such as effect and influence mechanism on the parameters of pulse mag- netic field and the grain refinement,tip temperature of branch crystal rised by the joule heat and the effect of pulse magnetic field on the second phase separating need to be studied further.
