在R&D统计领域,传统的统计数据分析方法已经难以胜任社会发展的需要。基于数据挖掘的基本原理与方法,首先界定了R&D的科技数据统计的内容与统计工作步骤,分析了在R&D统计研究中运用数据挖掘的主要方法及其重要作用,进而给出了R&D统计数据挖掘的操作流程,最后提出了R&D统计数据挖掘中的进一步设想。

In the field of statistics R＆D（ research and experimental development）, traditional meth- ods can not do the social development needs. Based on the basic principles and methods of data min- ing technology, this article first define the content, the steps and the steps of the contents of the sci- entific and technical data of the statistics R＆D analysis of data mining technology and its important role in the R＆D statistical data,but consider to statistics of the data mining process R＆D.
