The Development and Conservation of Japan′Lake Biwa and Its Enlightenment on Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone

琵琶湖是一个世界性成功湖区流域开发实践案例。在对日本琵琶湖开发与保护发展历程研究的基础上,从其湖区开发和保护、治理和发展的重点领域进行总结分析,通过琵琶湖与鄱阳湖生态经济区的比较研究,得出了琵琶湖湖区流域开发和保护对鄱阳湖生态经济区的启示,并针对现状提出了发展的思路和模式,为我国首个生态经济协调发展样板区域的综合开发提供科学参考。

Lake Biwa is the worldwide successful practice case of Lakes Basin Development. On the basis of Japanese Biwa＇s resource exploitation and protection process of the Lakes watershed govern- ance, the research analyzed and summarized the experience about governance ,development and pro- tection especially in key areas by the Comparative Study of Lake Biwa and the Poyang Lake Ecologi- cal Economic Zone, and Founded the valuable insight into the perfect basic pattern of watershed gov- ernance and development. The research provided a scientific reference for the comprehensive devel- opment of China＇s first Sustainable Development in the Ecological Economic Zone model.
