Discussion on the Sustainable Development of Cultural Diversity and Ancient Books Protection of Ethnic University Library

在文化多样性大背景下,民族高校图书馆应当通过参与和开展民族古籍的研究与调查工作、开展民族古籍的普查工作摸清"家底"、培养建设一支专业技术人才队伍、建立健全民族古籍保护制度、构建地区性乃至全国性的民族古籍保护体系、加快民族古籍数字化步伐等措施和途径,以加强民族古籍抢救和保护工作力度,强调民族高校图书馆民族古籍保护工作要结合图书馆工作实际,促进民族古籍保护工作的全面、协调、可持续发展。

In the context of cultural diversity, ethnic university library shall be carried out through the par- ticipation, the research, the investigation and the development of ethnic ancient books to cultivate a profes- sional and technical personnel team construction, establish and perfect the system of ethnic ancient books protection and construction of the regional and even national ethnic ancient books protection system, qui6k- en the pace of ethnic ancient books digitization, the measures and approaches to strengthen national ancient rescue and protection work. Ethnic university library books protection work should be combined with the practice of the library work, promote national ancient protection work of comprehensive, coordina- ted and sustainable development.
