摘要
为了拓展岩屑录井资料的信息量,近年国内开发了岩屑数字图像采集分析技术,使岩屑录井从常规的实物保存、肉眼观察识别地层信息方法向数字化识别方法转化,这无疑是岩屑录井技术的一大进步,也是录井发展的必然趋势,对石油地质勘探具有一定的现实意义。采用CCD成像方式,运用自动调焦技术对岩屑的荧光和白光图像进行采集,图像采集清晰、方便;使用形态学滤波,分水岭分割和特征空间分类的方法对图像进行自动分析,图像分析准确、速度快。
In recent years,in order to expand the amount of information of cuttings logging data,the cuttings digital image acquisition and analysis technology was developed in China,it made cuttings logging transfer from the conventional saving and naked eyes observation to identify stratigraphic information to digital identification,which is undoubtedly a big step forward for cuttings logging technology, but also the inevitable trend of mud logging development and has certain practical significance for petroleum geological exploration.Cuttings fluorescence and white light image are captured by adopting CCD imaging modalities and automatic focusing technique.The images are clear and convinient to be acquired.The automatic image analysis was carried out by using morphological filtering,watershed segmentation and feature space classification methods.The image analysis is accurate and fast.
