摘要
为了解决ALS2.3型综合录井仪器所配调节阀无法和现有的钢瓶进行连接问题,需要设计相应的减压装置连接钢瓶和调节阀,性能要求输出压力为0~3MPa可调,输出流量为0.4~0.5L/min可调,以满足综合录井仪色谱标定的需要。为此,对截止阀和减压阀结构进行研究与改进,采用流道缩径设计,通过控制过流面积,进而控制压力输出。在材料的选择上,经过严格的实验、计算和精细的数控加工,并结合现场色谱标定的需要及现场所用钢瓶的压力要求进行设计,改变原有减压阀的设计思路以消除减压阀功能单一性等缺憾,依据阀体设计的相关标准,设计了适合石油勘探钻井现场使用的减压阀。
In order to solve the problem that the regulating valve equipped with ALS 2.3 comprehensive mud logging instrument can not connect with the existing cylinders,it needs to design the corresponding pressure relief device to connect the cylinder with regulating valve,the performance requires the adjustable output pressure of 0~3MPa and the adjustable output flow rate of 0.4 ~ 0.5L/min to meet the needs of the chromatography calibration of comprehensive mud logging instrument.Thus,the study and improvement were carried out to the structures of the shut-off valve and pressure relief valve, the flow area was controlled by reducing flow channel diameter.By controlling the flow area, the pressure output is then controlled. The materials were designed by rigorous experiment,calculation and refined numerically-controlled machining and combined with field actual needs for chromatography calibration and cylinder pressure requirements with the field use,the ideas of the original relief valve design are changed to eliminate the defects of its single function. The pressure relief valve was designed in accordance with the national standards for valve body design,the pressure relief valve is suitable for petroleum drilling sites.
