摘要 对直板手机前盖的结构进行分析,选择其上表面为浇口位置,采用点浇口形式进料。拟定两点对角浇口、三点浇口、四点浇口进料方案,利用Moldflow软件进行充填分析。通过对比分析选定四点浇口进料。在塑件上加载流道后对四点浇口位置进行微调,将充填结束时充填末端压力差控制在10MPa以内。此位置即为模具设计时的浇口位置。 The structure of the front-cover of open-faced mobile phone is analyzed. Its upper surface is se- lected for the gate location using pin-point gate. The schemes of two diagonal point gates, three point gates and four point gates are drafted using Moldflow software to undertake filling analysis. Four point gates filling scheme is selected through the contrast analysis. The four gate positions are adjusted after up loading the channel on the plastic part. At the end of the filling, the pressure difference of the filling terminal is controlled within 10 MPa. These positions are the injection molding gate locations for the mold design.
