城市化进程中基于DPSR模型的大连市与锦州市土地集约利用对比分析

BASED ON DPSR MODEL THE COMPARATION ANALYSIS OF DALIAN AND JINZHOU CITY URBAN LAND INTENSIVE USE UNDER URBANIZATION

在城市化的大背景下,从城市土地利用的人地关系着手,综合DPSIR和PSR框架的基础上构建城市土地集约利用的指标体系,用层次分析法来确定权重,对辽宁沿海城市大连市和锦州市土地集约利用进行动态分析研究。结果表明:从2004年至2008年,锦州市土地集约利用的综合评价指数呈现先减少后递增的趋势,但土地集约利用水平总体趋势上是在不断提高的;而大连市的土地集约利用综合指数是不断增加的,2006年以前是快速增加,2006年以后变为缓慢增加。应该将城市土地集约利用评价和具体实践结合起来,在实践中开展动态评价,通过评价发现问题并提出对策,以便更好地实现城市生态系统的可持续发展。
