摘要 目的探讨Twist、上皮钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)和肝细胞生长因子(HGF)与胃癌发生发展的关系及三种蛋白之间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测60例胃癌组织及对应癌旁组织中Twist、E-cadherin和HGF的表达,将结果与临床资料进行统计分析。结果 Twist、E-cadherin和HGF在胃癌组织中的表达与癌旁组织比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01);Twist、E-cadherin表达均与肿瘤TNM分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移及浸润深度相关(P<0.05);HGF高表达与胃癌TNM分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05);Twist表达与E-cadherin表达呈负相关(P=0.011)、与HGF表达呈正相关(P=0.005)。结论在胃癌组织中,Twist和HGF高表达,E-cadherin低表达,提示此三种蛋白可能与胃癌的发生发展有密切关系。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of Twist,E-cadherin and HGF and the incidence and development of gastric carcinoma as well as the relationship among three kinds of proteins.Methods The expression of Twist,E-cadherin and HGF in 60 gastric carcinoma specimens and corresponding adjacent normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry S-P method.Results Both the expressions of Twist and HGF in gastric carcinoma tissue were higher than those in corresponding adjacent normal tissue.The expression of E-cadherin in gastric carcinoma tissue was significantly lower than that in corresponding adjacent normal tissue.Both the expressions of Twist and E-cadherin were significantly correlated with the TNM stage,differentiation grade,lymph node metastasis and depth of invasion of the tumor(P﹤0.05).The high expression of HGF was significantly correlated with the TNM stage,differentiation grade,lymph node metastasis of the tumor(P﹤0.05).The expression of Twist showed the negative correlation with that of E-cadherin(r=-0.413,P=0.011) while it had the positive correlation with that of HGF(r=0.375,P=0.005).Conclusion The high expression of Twist and HGF and the low expression of E-cadherin in gastric carcinoma tissue show that three proteins are likely to be closely related to the incidence and development of gastric carcinoma.
