摘要
研究了C7025铜合金带材的生产工艺,确定采取固溶热处理+时效强化+冷加工+应力退火的工艺流程进行生产,并可以通过调整形变热处理工艺获得强度和电导率的最佳匹配。C7025铜合金经过固溶处理后,在475℃时效,保温4~6 h,可获较好的综合性能指标:抗拉强度780 MPa,伸长率7%,硬度(HV)243,电导率43%IACS。
The research to the production method of copper strip alloy C7025 was made and presented in this paper. It is confirmed that a better comprehensive functional result can be achieved, i. e. tension strength-780 MPa; elongation-7% ; HV- 243 and electric conduction-43% by adopting the process of solid solution + ageing + stress annealing, through adjusting the rolling and heat treatment process technology to get the best matching between strength and electric conductivity, and by controlling the temperature of the C7025 at 475℃ for 4 -6 hours after it being solid melted.
