摘要
为解决SWRH82B中心马氏体和网状渗碳体级别高的问题,改善铸坯中心偏析,提高金相检测合格率,通过在方坯连铸机凝固末端增加电磁搅拌并优化相应的工艺参数,确定了适宜的搅拌电流值,明显改善了中心偏析,获得了最佳的铸坯内部质量和轧制后线材良好的性能。
In order to solve the problem of high level center martensite and cementite network in steel SWRH82B, improve center segregation and increase the qualified rate of metallographic testing, electromagnetic stirring is added at the end of billet solidifi- cation and corresponding process parameter are optimized. The appropriate current value is determined, which significantly improves the center segregation and the best internal quality of billet and sound performance after rolling are obtained.
