摘要
介绍新钢E690级特厚海洋结构钢试制情况。通过优化成分设计,采用高温再结晶区大压下轧制加合理的调质处理,成功生产出特厚115mm的E690海洋结构高强度钢。对比同一类型同一级别新日铁HT780钢的化学成分、力学性能和组织形貌等情况,结果表明:新钢从各方面已基本具备生产特厚海洋平台结构钢能力,还需对成分设计、炼钢和连铸技术等方面进行改进。
Trial - produce for heavy marine structural steel grade E690 is introduced in this paper. By optimizing the composi- tion design, using the process of high reduction in high temperature recrystallization zone combination with reasonable quenching and tempering, high strength marine steel grade E690 with thickness 115mm is successfully produced. Compare to chemical composition, mechanical properties and microstructure of the same type and the same level Nippon steel grade HT780, the results show that: Xiny- usteel has basically owned the ability of producing marine structural steel with heavy thickness , but some aspects such as : composition design, steelmaking and continuous casting technology still need to be improved.
