柞蚕黄色蛹形成条件探讨

On the Formation Condition of Yellow Pupae of Tussah

针对目前市场上柞蚕黄色蛹经济价值高于黑色蛹的状况,利用尚未化蛹的柞蚕秋茧,采用十字交叉摆放方法,选择不同温度、湿度条件,对黄色蛹形成条件进行了探讨。结果表明,温度28～30℃、相对湿度65%～75%为生产黄色蛹最佳条件,黄色蛹形成率可达100%,健蛹率平均可达80%以上。

As the yellow pupae of tussah is more costly than the black ones in current market, researches of the for- mation condition of the yellow pupae are meaningful. The autumn cocoons without pupation were chosen as the material and the decussation placement method was introduced, and the different temperature and humidity condi- tions were provided to study the formation conditions of yellow pupae. The results showed that when the tempera ture was 28-30 ℃ and the relative humidity was 65-75% ,100% pupae were yellow,and the healthy pupae ex- ceeded 80 %,indicating it the best condition to prepare yellow pupae.
