摘要
建立某车整车有限元50 km/h正面碰撞分析模型,利用正交试验的方法分析车身前舱钣金件厚度变化对汽车正面碰撞耐撞性的影响.提出了5个正面碰撞耐撞性指标,对11个钣金件变更后的厚度组合进行仿真分析,从每个钣金件厚度变更对各个评价指标的影响程度和排序,得到对汽车正面碰撞安全性的影响.
The finite element model in 50 km/h front impact for a vehicle was built, the influences of body forebay sheet metal parts thickness on crashworthiness of the front impact were analyzed by the orthogonal test method. Five evaluation indexes for front impact crashworthiness were proposed and a simulation analysis was conducted on the thickness changes of 11 sheet metal parts. Then, the degree and ordering of influences of body sheet metal thickness change on crashworthiness evaluation indexes were obtained.
