摘要 为了提高油泵试验台自动化程度和油量检测的精度,提出了基于图像处理的喷油量检测方法.试验表明,该方法不需改变传统油泵试验台油量检测的结构,就能实现喷油量的自动测量,并且油量检测速度快、精度高. In order to improve the automaticity and accuracy of the oil pump test bench, a detection method of injection quality based on the image processing was proposed. The result shows that the method can realize the automatic detection of oil quality without changing the traditional structure of the oil detection pump test and possess a higher efficiency and accuracy for oil measurement.
