基于定转矩和零转速的双定量快速调节系统设计

摘要 通过分析生产对象的特点,首先确定速度和力矩作为控制系统控制参量,建立速度与转矩双定量调节系统;其次建立控制执行机构(步进电机)的升降速数学模型,得出执行机构输出响应特性曲线(平滑速度算法曲线),确保步进电机起始步时对系统产生较小的冲击;最后设计"同心双柔轴"快速调节系统,实现了低压电器智能化生产模式,达到节约资源和提高生产效率的目的. Through the analysis of the characteristics of production object, the speed and torque were determined as the input parameters and the dual-constant regulating system of torque and speed were established. By building the speed mathematical model, the output response characteristic curve of the stepper motor was acquired, the impact of stepper motor starting steps on the system was reduced. Finally,concentric dual soft shaft fast regulating system was designed,so that the low voltage apparatus intelligent production mode was implemented,the purpose of saving resources and improving production efficiency were realized.
