My Library system is a specific application of personalized information service,which is the personalized integrated system of library information resources and services based on information resources and by means of information technology in order to meet user needs.This paper introduces My Library system concepts and features combined with the concepts,features and implementation about the personalized information services,builds the function and structure models of My Library system,and expounds the contents of the functional and structural models.
