摘要
针对安钢15万吨焦油加工装置中沥青成型、烟道气分解及工业萘转鼓满流工艺存在的问题进行了分析,通过增加部分设备和优化工艺管线等技术改造,稳定了生产运行,改善了生产操作环境,降低了生产成本。
The paper analyzed the problems existed in asphalt moulding, flue gas decomposition and industrial naphthalene drum full flow process of Anyang Steel 150,000 tons of tar processing device, through the addition of some equip- ments and optimization of processing pipeline, stable operation, improvment of production and operation environment, pro- duction cost reduction were realized.
