摘要
介绍了中厚板产品质检过程中,针对钢板表面横裂纹质量缺陷细小、过钢速度快,常规质检方法识别率低进行了分析,并创新了横裂纹逆光检查新方法,该方法具有快速、识别率高等特点。实践表明,该方法实施效果良好。
Introduced the plate product quality inspection process, according to the steel plate surface transverse crack defects in the small, steel speed ,conventional quality inspection method of low recognition rate is analyzed, and the innovation of transverse crack backlighting check new method, this method is rapid, recognition rate higher characteristic. Practice shows that this method is good effect.
