摘要
高层次人才云集是高水平大学的重要标志,建设一支结构合理、素质优良、业务精湛的高层次人才队伍,是成就高水平大学的核心战略。国家积极的人才政策等因素使高层次人才队伍目前处于发展的黄金机遇期,抢抓机遇、树立科学人才观、加强领导,优化人才队伍,创新管理、考评、激励机制,营造良好的人文环境,是高层次人才队伍建设的有效选择。
A high-level faculty team is an important sign of a high-level university. Therefore, the construction of a high-level faculty team with reasonable structure, good quality and proficient professional ability is the core development strategy of a high-level university. Factors such as the preferential talent policy of China have given rise to the golden period of high-level talent construction. It is an effective approach to seize the opportunity, build scientific outlook on talents, strengthen leadership, optimize talent team, innovate the mechanism of management, evaluation and incentive so as to create favorable humanistic environment for the construction of a high-level faculty team.
