摘要 培养目标是一个国家培养人才的总体规范,具有权威性和导向性。培养目标与一个国家社会发展与进步密切联系。人才培养目标的定位不但决定着学校的办学方向,而且对培养方案的制定、教学内容的选择、教学的实施和安排,学校的学科专业建设、师资队伍建设、校园文化建设都起着决定性的作用。需求导向是我国实施高等学校创新能力提升计划的基本原则,带来的是对人才的知识、能力和素质不断提出新的更高要求,需要学校对人才培养目标不断做出调整。体育人才培养一般性目标应为:德智体美全面发展,具有民族精神和社会责任感、国际视野和合作竞争意识、科学精神和人文素养、创新精神和实践能力的高素质创新型人才。学校应面向所在区域体育、文化、社会发展的需求,建立自己学校特色的多元化体育人才目标。 The goals of talent training are instrumental as they dictate the general rules of how a nation trains its talents. Such goals are closely aligned with the development and progress of a nation and a society. Defining the goals of talent training not only determines the vision under which a school is being led, but also has decisive impact over many other aspects, including: the design of talent training plans, choice of content of teaching, implementation and organization of teaching, creation of subjects and concentrations, assembly of faculty, and cultivation of campus culture. The fundamental principle of defining goals of talent training, which underpins improving the innovation capacity of higher education institutes, lies in a demand-oriented course of action. It raises the knowledge, capacity and quality bars for talents and urges schools to adjust their goals of talent training. The general goals of training sport talents should aim at high--quality, innovative talents who are developed all-round in ethic, intelligence, physicality and beauty, and who bear ethnic identity, social responsibility, international perspective, the consciousness to cooperate and compete, the spirit of science and humanities, the habit to innovate, and the capacity to act. Schools should set such goals of training sport talents that are tailored to the local needs of sport, culture and social development, and that are unique to their own character as schools.
