摘要
"2+1"模式是近年来高职院校在深入教学改革中创造出来的一种新的人才培养模式。"2"是指学生前两个学年在学校内理论学习与实训,"1"是指将第三学年作为综合实践年,将学生组织到企业进行顶岗实习,"2+1"模式对提高学生的实践能力和职业素质等有积极作用,但也存在一些问题,需要加以重视和改进。基于PDCA循环理论基础上的质量改进策略,对推动"2+1"人才培养模式不断走向成熟和完善有所帮助。
"2+1 " mode is a new personnel training mode which is created in deepening teaching reform in high- er vocational school in recent years."2" refers to the students who study theoretical knowledge and practical training in the school the first two years. "1" refers to the third year as a comprehensive practice year and the students will be organized to internships to the enterprise which plays a positive role to improve the students' practical ability and pro- fessional quality, but there are some problems which need attention and improvement. The quality improvement strat- egy based on the PDCA cycle theory is a help which continue to promote the "2 +1" personnel training mode to mature and perfect.
