铅球运动项目核心力量训练方法的研究

摘要 运用文献资料法、资料分析法和对比分析法,将国外铅球运动员核心力量训练方法与国内铅球运动员核心力量训练方法的方法进行比较,分析。结果表明我国铅球运动员核心力量差是我国铅球运动员成绩不理想和腰部损伤的主要原因之一。 Using the literature material law, data analysis and contrast analysis method, will be foreign shot-put athletes core strength training method and domestic shot athletes' core strength training methods were compared, and analysis. The results showed that:(1)China's shot-put athletes develop core strength compared with foreign shot putters, develop core strength means and method is simple, less use of equipment.(2)foreign shot-put athletes develop core strength mainly adopts the instability of the equipment and training to develop core deep stability of muscle power. China's shot-put athletes develop core strength means with abroad, mainly uses the barbell and equipment development of abdominal muscle strength, the core deep muscles stitnulation effect of small.(3)Chinese shot putter core strength difference may be the cause of China's shot-put athletes achievement is not ideal and waist injury is one of the major causes.
