摘要
中学年段教学管理主要包括管理组织建设、教学运行管理、教学质量管理、教学辅助管理以及管理制度建设5个方面,通过建立综合评价指标体系,采用改进的层次分析法计算一、二级指标的相对权重。对某中学高中部3个年段进行综合评价的结果表明,该评价指标体系能够对中学年段教学管理水平做出客观、全面的评价,且简单易行。
The teaching management of middle school grades mainly includes 5 aspects: management and organization construction, teaching operation management, teaching quality management, teaching management, the construction of management system. Then the target system will be established from these 5 aspects to calculate indexes of the grade one and two by modified AHP. The result of overall evaluations out from 3 grades in one high school shows: This target system can evaluate the teaching management objectively and considerably, simple and easy to be done as well.
