钱学森是中国当代著名的战略家、科学家、思想家、系统工程师。他在应用力学、喷气推进与航天技术、工程控制论、物理力学、系统工程、系统科学、思维科学和人体科学等领域作出了开创性的和不可磨灭的贡献。他在领导中国人们进行"两弹一星"的科学实践中,在运用现代科学技术体系进行社会主义现代化建设的探索中,都作出了不朽的功勋。钱学森著作丰富多彩,涉及领域广泛,高瞻远瞩,思想深刻。对钱学森的著作进行整理,是进一步研究研究钱学森战略思想前提和基础,是非常有必要和很有意义的一件事。

Qian Xuesen （ 1911 - 2009） is a renowned strategist, scientist, thinker and system engineer in contemporary China. He made groundbreaking and indelible contribution in domains of applied mechanics, jet pro- pulsion and space technology, engineering cybernetics, physical mechanics, systems engineering, systems science, thought science and human science and so on. Besides, in developing the A - bomb, H - bomb and artifical satel- lite of China and using modem science technology system to guide the construction of socialist modernization, he al- so made immoral deeds. Qian Xuesen＇ s work is richly colorful, involving widespread domains with long - range sight and profound thought. To reorganize Qian Xuesen＇ s works is basic for further study of his st^ategic concept.
