反季节移栽后不同处理对3种绿化树种部分生理指标的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Different Treatments after Off-season Culture on Some Physiology Index of Three Landscaping Tree Species

摘要 以反季节移栽绿化树种圆冠榆、少先队杨和钻天榆为试验材料,在不同处理(遮荫加液、遮荫不加液、不遮荫加液、不遮荫不加液)条件下对其细胞膜透性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、总叶绿素含量和抗氧化酶(CAT、SOD、POD)活性变化进行研究,以期提出提高反季节移栽成活率的最佳方法。结果表明:移栽1个月后,不同树种间遮荫加液处理的细胞膜透性和丙二醛含量最低,并与其他处理相比呈极显著差异;圆冠榆、少先队杨遮荫加液总叶绿素含量最高,而各处理条件下钻天榆总叶绿素含量无显著性差异;移栽前种植地的树种酶活性相对较低,而移栽后各树种的酶活性相对较高;反季节栽培过程中,遮荫加液处理对园冠榆、少先队杨和钻天榆的生长恢复效果最佳。 Taking three landscaping species of Ulmus densa Litw. , Populus simonii and U. lapvis as test materials for off-season culture, the study was carried out for cell membrane permeability, MDA content, total chlorophyll con- tent and several related enzymes (CAT, SOD, POD) activity under different treatments (shading with filling moistur- ized liquid, shading with no filling moisturized liquid, no shading with filling moisturized liquid, no shading with no filling moisturized liquid) in order to find the best optimal method to improve the survival rate of off-season planting. The result showed that in a month after transplanting, membranes relative permeability and MDA content of species were the minimum under the treatment of the shading with filling moisturized liquid, and showed very significant difference compared with the other treatments. U. densa Litw. and U. lapvis had the highest total chlorophyll content under the treatment of shading with filling moisturized liquid. The total chlorophyll content of P. simonii under differ- ent treatments had no significant difference. At the same time, the enzyme activity before the transplanting was rela- tively low, and the enzyme activity after the transplanting was relatively high. During the off-season culture, the treat- ment of the shading with filling moisturized had the best effect on the growth and restoration of U. densa Litw, P. simoniir and U. lapvis.
