作为高等教育大众化产物的新建地方本科院校,因其办学历史、办学条件及其肩负的使命决定必然要走与传统本科院校不同的发展之路。在我国职业教育迅速发展、职业教育体系不断完善的环境下,按照职业化取向确定办学定位、以技术型人才作为培养目标是应用型本科院校的必然选择。

As a product of popularized higher education,newly-established regional colleges and universities must develop in a way different from that of the traditional ones because of their school-running history,conditions and tasks.With the rapid development and perfecting system of vocational education in China,to determine the profession-based school-running orientation and make the goal of training skilled talents are an inevitable choice of newly-established colleges and universities.
