浅析当前我国治安案件的现状、成因及对策——以广汉市为视角

Analysis on the Current Situation, Causes and Countermeasures of Public Security Cases in China- from the Perspective of Guanghan City

当前我国正处于社会转型时期，社会结构、利益格局、思想观念都在发生深度的多层次变化。社会矛盾加剧、民众贫富差距增大、精神文化生活匮乏等问题相互交织，导致盗窃、诈骗、打架斗殴、吸毒贩毒等治安案件频繁发生。因此，对广汉市治安案件的现状、原因、特点及其处置措施进行深入探讨，将有利于全国其他地方公安机关积极借鉴并做好治安案件的处理和预防工作。

On the occasion of a social transformation period, an in-depth and multi-level change is happening in social structure, benefits pattern and ideological conception. Such problems as aggravation of social contradiction, enlargement of disparity between the rich and the poor, short of spiritual and cultural life interweave and cause frequent occurrence of theft, defraud, fight, drug taking and drug trade. This paper, based on a thorough explo- ration on the current situation, causes, characteristics and countermeasures of public security cases of Guanghan city, will set a good example for the disposal and prevention of public security cases of other cities.
