警察类高职院校办学模式再思考

警察类高职院校不能盲目照搬国外或理工技术类高职院校的办学模式。目前,有关我国警察类高职院校办学模式的研究甚少,从实际出发,研究适合我国警察类高等职业院校的办学模式具有重要意义。为适应我国警察队伍建设和警察类院校建设发展的需要,必须提升警察类高职院校的办学层次,在招生就业方面可考虑实行定向招录、择优录取,同时深化改革合作办学模式,着力实现与行业深度合作。唯有如此,警察类高职院校才能求得生存,并得到发展。

The vocational colleges of police officers could not directly draw lessons from abroad or copy other polytechnics＇ running mode. At present, there are few studies on the running mode of such colleges in our coun- try. Therefore, it is of great significance to do such work. In order to meet the developing needs of these colleges, we must improve the education level, change the way of students recruitment, and at the same time, deepen the reform of the cooperative mode so as to realize real cooperation with industry. Only in this way, the vocational colleges of police officers can survive and develop.
