A Study on C-E Translation of Business Contract from the Perspective of Functionalist Translation Theory

随着国际贸易的快速发展,国际间的合作交流也日趋频繁。商务合同作为国际贸易间合作交流的平台,占据举足轻重的地位。鉴于此,在德国功能翻译理论的基础上,通过在词汇、句法篇章等方面对商务合同具体实例的分析和总结,运用从整体到局部的研究方法,为商务合同英译提供了实用的翻译策略和方法。

With the rapid development of international trade, the international exchange and cooperation has become more and more fre- quently. Business contract is the ptaffonn of the international trade and communication which plays an important role. The paper which is based on German Functionalist Translation Theory that analyses specific exaznples through the aspect of lexieal, syntactic and discourse＂ by using the method from whole to part, and provides practical translation strategies and methods for the C-E of business contract.
