Research on Selection and Evaluation of Small and Medium Enterprises Supplier under Supply Chain Environment

在整个供应链链条上,中小企业仍处于较薄弱环节。中小企业要想发展壮大,必须依靠供应链上供应商的支持。因此,选择一批稳定可靠的供应商对中小企业来说十分重要。分析我国中小企业在供应商选择与评价过程中存在的问题,可以提出基于供应链环境下中小企业选择与评价供应商的策略。

The Small and Medium Enterprises（SMEs） still in a relatively weak link on the whole supply chain environment.The support of suppliers in the supply chain is very necessary for the development of SMEs.Therefore,choose a number of reliable suppliers is very important.In this paper,we analyze the problem of SMEs in the supplier selection and evaluation process,and combine chain theory,put forward a strategy based on the selection and evaluation of suppliers SMEs in the supply chain environment.
