随着科学技术的发展和多媒体及计算机网络等传播技术被广泛应用,信息的传递呈现出多模态化,因此,多媒体教学作为传统教学模式的有力补充也使得大学英语教学呈现多模态化。同时,多模态教学对提高高校教师的教学水平和学生的学习水平,以及培养应用型人才具有重要价值。

With the development of science and technology,information transmission presents multimodality because of the wide use of multimedia and computer network technology.Therefore,multimedia teaching as a powerful supplement for the traditional teaching mode also promotes the college English teaching to develop toward multimodality.Meanwhile,multimodal teaching has played an important role in improving college teachers＇ teaching level and students＇ learning level as well as training the applied talents.
