Analysis on the Innovation Psychology and Ability of Hearing Impaired College Student

随着社会经济的发展和社会文明的进步,特殊教育事业的发展受到了全社会的高度关注。然而在特殊教育迅猛发展的同时,残疾大学生的就业形势却不容乐观。特别是听障大学生,由于受到交流能力的影响,其就业之路更是艰辛。虽然国家一直鼓励大学生自主创业,但创业毕竟是一件十分具有挑战性和风险性的事情,而听障大学生要想实现自主创业需要面对更多的困难。

With the development of economy and the progress of culture,the development of special education has been paid more attention.However,the employment situation is not optimistic.Especially,the hearing impaired college student for his communication ability cannot find a job very easily.Although the nation has encouraged the college students to start a self-employment career,there are a lot of challenge and risk problems which need student to face and solve.
