摘要
目的 :本文研究了新鲜分离的小鼠脾树突状细胞 (DCs) ,在其未成熟阶段加入MCA38肿瘤抗原 ,使其对抗原加工处理而制成DCs疫苗对同基因型小鼠的抑瘤作用。方法 :通过皮下接种 (A组 ) ,静脉注射 (B组 ) ,腹腔接种 (C组 )DCs疫苗方法研究其抑瘤作用。结果 :经统计学分析表明 ,DCs疫苗对肿瘤的生长具有显著的抑制作用 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;三种接种方法对肿瘤的生长的抑制作用无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5)。结论 :DCs疫苗具有显著的抑瘤作用 ,皮下接种方法接种量少 ,方法简单、安全而且副作用小 。
Objective:To investigate the anti tumor effect of dendritic cell (DCs)vaccine in syngeneic mice.Methods:DCs were cultured with soluble tumor antigen(MCA 38)at the immature stage.The matured DCs were collected and injected as DCs vaccine into mice bearing colon carcinoma(MCA 38)by subcutaneous injection,intravenous injection and abdominal injection respectevely.Results:DCs vaccine can inhibite the growth of tumor in mice signficantly( P <0.01).Conclusions:DCs vaccine can induce anti tumor effect potently.Subcutaneous DCs vaccine injection is not only simple and safty but also valuable in clinical application.
