摘要
本文针对采用气体软氮化工艺热处理的汽车同步器齿毂在抛丸后出现缺陷的原因进行了分析,并从零件预毛坯预处理、热处理过程控制、热处理前后的加工余量等方面提出了改善对策。
In this article,the reason of defect at automobile synchronizer gear hub after gas nitrocarburizing heat treatment and shot blasting is analyzed,and some improvement solutions are suggest from pre-heat treatment of blanks,heat treatment process control and machined allowance.
