摘要
为解决生产过程中A335P92钢局部热处理时出现硬度异常的问题,经多方面的学习及对比试验,对局部热处理工艺操作进行了研究与分析,确定了一种适用于现场及工厂的局部热处理操作工艺。通过试验发现:热处理自动控温柜数字表可能会出现误差;找到最简单易行且不影响结果的包口方式;在实际处理过程中,取规程中参数中间或下限值可能会出现硬度偏高的情况,取上限能满足要求。
In order to solve the abnormal problems of hardness during local heat treatment of A335P92 steel,this paper studied and analyzed about improving opration of local heat treatment process with widely learning and comparative test,and determined a local heat treatment operating technology which is suitable for the practical production.Through our experiments,it was found that there was error value in the digital meters of automatic temperature control cabinet,and we found the simplest and easiest operation process that had no affect the results.During the practical production,the hardness could higher than normal value if the heat treatment temperature took the intermediate value or the lower limit value of specification,but the hardness could meet the requirement of quality to take maximun value.
