摘要
通过宏观分析、化学成分分析、金相检测及根据国标规定的金属下料尺寸的规定对带法兰盘的轮体中频淬火时产生裂纹的原因进行分析。结果表明:为了提高材料的利用率,对材料的料头没有按国标规定的尺寸截取,使得钢材在冶炼和轧制时产生的成分不均和一些非金属夹杂物在材料的端头被保留下来,因此原材料含有较多大尺寸非金属夹杂物。较多大尺寸非金属夹杂物的存在割裂了金属基体的连续性,相当于基体中的小裂纹,是造成中频淬火时发生多处淬火裂纹的原因。
After micro analysis,chemical composition analysis,metaiiographic examination and the international metal cutting size standard,the cause of cracking during the intermediate frequency quenching on the wheel with flange piates is analysed.The result indicates that the materials are not cut properly according to the international standard with the purpose of promoting the material utilization rate,which leads to uneven components steel in the process of smelting and rolling and some nonmetallic inclusions are kept in the ends of the material,so the raw material contains more large-sized nonmetallic inclusions.The existence of plenty of large-sized nonmetallic inclusions destroys the continuity of the metal and correspond to little cracks inside,which is the cause of many cracks on the surface during the intermediate frequency quenching.
