焊接对Zr-Nb包壳管显微硬度和组织的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过对M5锆合金包壳管进行金相分析、TEM分析和显微硬度测试,研究了真空电子束焊接对M5合金显微组织和力学性能的影响.实验结果表明:Zr-Nb合金焊接组织为粗大的马氏体α和α'所构成,晶粒度远高于母材,近缝区母材晶粒并未长大.在透射电子显微镜下可清晰看到板条状马氏体.焊缝区域的显微硬度明显高于母材. The metallographic analysis,TEM analysis and micro hardness testing are conducted on the M5 alloy cladding tube to study the influence of vacuum electron beam welding on the rnicrostructure and the mechanical properties of M5 alloy. The experimental results show that the weld structure of M5 alloy consists of large coarsened martensite, the grain size is larger than that of the base metal, and there is no grain growth in the vicinity of weld zone. Lath martensite is visible through the transmission electron microscopy. The micro hardness of welding zone is significantly higher than that of base metal.
