人力资本与组织创新:以四川省高科技产业为例

摘要 本研究以四川省高技术产业为研究对象,将企业特性、产业环境作为调节变量,构建人力资本与组织创新(管理创新、技术创新)之关系模型,探讨企业特性与人力资本的交互作用对组织创新的影响,以及产业环境与人力资本的交互作用对组织创新的影响。本文研究发现,人力资本各维度与组织创新各维度均存在显著正相关关系;企业特性在人力资本各维度存在调节作用;企业特性与人力资本各维度交互作用对组织创新产生影响作用。 This paper takes high-tech industry of Sichuan Province as the research object; the enterprise features and the industry environment as the adjustment variables to construct a relational model of human capital and organizational innovation (management innovation, technological innovation). It discusses the influence of the enterprise characteristics and human capital' s interaction on the organizational innovation; it also discusses the influence of industry environment and human capital' s interaction on the organizational innovation.this paper draws the following conclusions: Human capital dimensions on organizational innovation dimensions are significant positive correlation relationship; Enterprise characteristics exert some regulating action on human capital dimensions; The interaction between human capital and enterprise characteristics produce partial effect on organization innovation.
