新疆师范大学体育专业学生体操课心理状况的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Psychological Status of Sports Majors Gymnastics Class in Xinjiang Normal University

文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法。对新疆师范大学体育专业生进行了心理状况的调查与分析。结果显示:1)新疆师范大学体育专业生初次上体操课时,男生和女生出现害怕和紧张的心理反应比例较高,身体素质和协调性差的比例较低;2)体操教学中影响新疆师范大学体育专业生心理因素占比例较高的是"动作难度大紧张";"不信任"的心理因素比例偏低;3)体操课教学对培养体育专业生预期效果显示:"增强心理稳定性"和"提高自控能力"比例偏高。该调查分析,主要是通过体操课教学,改善学生对体操课学习中心里紧张、害怕等不良心理因素,提高和增强体育专业学生自我心理素质及其自我健康、社会适应等意识能力,改进体操教学教法的合理性与科学性,为发挥体操教学功能,提高教学质量提供一些参考。

In this paper, by using the method of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics. To xinjiang normal university sports major is born on the investigation and analysis of the psychological situation. The results showed that： 1） the xinjiang normal university sports major is born in gymnastics class first, boys and girls appear fear and strain of psychological reaction ratio is higher, poor coordination body quality and the low proportion~ 2） the teaching effect of xinjiang normal university sports profession- al born psychological factors of high proportion is the ＂action is difficult and nervous＂~ ＂Don＇t trust the lowest proportion＂~ 3） gymnastics class teaching to the training of professional sports life expected effect shows： the proportion is on the ＂enhanced mental stability is＂ and ＂improve self--control. ＂ The investiga- tion and analysis, this paper is mainly to the future life, through professional sports teaching, improve the students＂ gymnastics class to gymnastics class learning center tension in fear, and other adverse psychological factors, improve and enhance the students＂ self professional sports psychological quality and its self health, social consciousness and ability to adapt to gymnastics teaching, improving teaching rationality and the scientific, for play to gymnastics teaching function, improve the quality of teaching provide some reference.
