骨质疏松大鼠雌激素治疗后牙周组织中骨形成蛋白的分布

Effects of estrogen on bone morphogenetic protein distribution in the orthodontic periodontal tissues of the osteoporosis rats

目的 :观察骨质疏松大鼠雌激素治疗后牙周组织中骨形成蛋白 (BMP)的分布 ,探讨雌激素对牙周组织中BMP的作用以及BMP对牙槽骨改建的影响。方法 :选取雌性SD大鼠 18只 ,分为正常对照组、骨质疏松组和雌激素治疗组。用免疫组织化学染色方法观察并比较 3组中第一磨牙牙周组织中BMP染色阳性强度。结果 :3组大鼠BMP染色强度均有所不同。与正常对照组相比 ,雌激素治疗组牙周组织中BMP染色增强 ,张力区最为明显 ,骨质疏松组染色减弱。破骨细胞染色在雌激素治疗组有所减弱 ,在骨质疏松组明显增强。结论 :雌激素促进成骨细胞及骨细胞分泌BMP ,增强成骨作用 ;抑制破骨细胞的活性。

AIM:To research the effects of estrogen on BMP distribution in periodontal tissues of the first orthodontic maxillary molar in osteoporosis rats.METHODS:Immmunohistochemical staining technique (ABC method).Using monoclonal antibody to BMP,it was observed that the staining density of BMP in periodontal tissues varied and compared according to differrent parts and treatment measures.RESULTS:In the osteoporosis +NS group, the BMP was poorlier stained than that of the controls, but the BMP of osteoporosis +EST group was stained intensly.The density of BMP in the osteoclast was not consistent,lowly in the osteoporosis+EST group, highly in the osteoporosis+NS group.CONCLUSION:Estrogen can promote the osteoblast to produce the BMP and increase its activity .On the other hand ,estrogen may inhibit the activity of osteoclast.
