Analysis of Urban Sewage Treatment based on Strategic Framework

目前我国淡水资源紧缺,水资源的保护与治理关系着我国城镇建设的可持续发展。本研究通过对我国水资源与城市污水处理现状进行调查,以程序化战略规划理论为指导,以探寻我国城市污水处理方案。具体路径为:以可持续发展为基本原则,确立污水处理目标;对我国城镇污水处理基本现状进行分析,针对污水处理方法选择不妥、污水处理设施及管理机制不完善、处理标准低、污水处理设备负荷不均等问题,提出改进城市污水处理方法,包括提高城市污水处理标准、完善城市污水处理系统及管理机制、分类合理使用处理后的水资源等相应的解决方案。

Currently, China severely suffers from the shortage of freshwater resources. The protection and ra- tional manegement of water resources play a key role in the sustainable development in urban and rural areas. Reusage of water resources via the treatment of urban sewage may effectively mitigate the shortage of water re- sources. Using strategic framework as the guideline, the specific processes were employed to improve the treatment of urban sewage in the present work. Firstly, the goals of sewage treatment should be established according to sustainable development principles. Consecutively, the current problems of urban sewage treat- ment in China including incorrect treatment methods, inadequate sewage treatment facilities and management mechanism, low treatment standard as well as the overburd of treatment equipment ere should be solved with corresponding measures.
