摘要
刺探电位图谱(EPG)技术是一种用来记录刺吸式口器昆虫口针在寄主植物组织中刺探行为引起的电信号变化技术。本文对EPG技术基本原理及采用该技术分析常见刺吸式口器害虫在茶树上取食情况和目前该技术的应用作了相关阐述,并对该技术目前存在的问题及在茶树上半翅目害虫防治方面的前景进行了讨论。
Electrical penetration graph (EPG) is a technique that can record the bioeleetrieal signal move- ment characterized by the mouthpart behavior of piercing-sucking mouthpart insects in different tissues of host plants. Currently, basic principle and application of EPG technology, as well as the analysis of sucking mouthpart pests to eat tea using EPG technology were described. Additionally, the present problems and the applications prospect of the EPG technology were further discussed.
