摘要
济宁三号煤矿有8条胶带运输系统,其冷却装置一直沿用传统的水冷直排方式,经过对冷却系统进行研究,除了将直排方式改为循环方式外,还在整套系统中增加了水净化装置、自动补水装置、流量监测装置。循环水采用多级冷却保证冷却效果,并保留原有冷却管路作为应急备用系统。

The cooling system was a long - term study, in addition to the straight way is changed into the circu- lation way outside, still set system increased the water purifying device, the automatic water replenishing device, flow monitoring device. Circulating water using a multistage cooling guarantee cooling effect, and retain the original cooling pipeline as an emergency backup system.
