中国城镇居民消费效益综合评价

Comprehensive Evaluation of Urban Residents′Consumption Benefits in China

从居民消费效益的内涵出发,构建中国城镇居民消费效益的评价指标体系,其由居民消费身心效益评价指标体系、居民消费经济效益评价指标体系、居民消费生态效益评价指标体系三部分构成;选取主成分法、熵值法和模糊综合评价法,对中国大陆31个省市城镇居民消费效益进行综合评价排名;根据三种评价结果采用组合评价法,按组合评价值的大小得到排序结果,并进行事前检验和事后检验,根据检验结果选出最优的组合评价结果。结论是,中国城镇居民消费效益与经济发展水平存在一种"U"型分布关系。

On the implication of consumer benefits, the article constructs an effective evaluation index system of China＇s urban residents＂ consumption, which consists of consumers＇ physical and psychological benefit evaluation index system, the economic benefit evaluation index system and eco -efficiency evalua- tion index system. Principal component method, entropy method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation meth- od are selected to assess evaluation rank of consumer benefits of 31 provinces and cities. The evaluation val- ue results of the combined combination evaluation method are sorted, inspection is made prior to and after the test, and optimal combination of evaluation results are selected according to the test results. The conclu- sion is that there is a ＂U＂ shaped distribution relationship between China＇s urban residents＇ consumption benefits and economic development level.
