试论小岗村农民专业合作社发展问题

On Development of Farmers′ Professional Co-operatives in XiaoGang Village

安徽凤阳的小岗村是中国农村改革的发源地,然而该村的农民专业合作社还处在初级发展阶段。发展中也遇到了一些困难,如农民专业合作意识有待加强、缺乏专业合作社人才、基层政府重视不够等等。应加大合作社法的宣传力度,培养合作社专业人才,完善内部管理机制等,以促进小岗村农民专业合作社健康快速发展。

XiaoGang village in Anhui province is famous for the birthplace of China＇s rural reform. The development of farmers professional cooperatives is still in primary stage with difficulties, such as farm- ers＇ week cooperative consciousness, lack of professional cooperative talent and less attention from local government. In the hope of rapid progress of farmers＇professional cooperatives in XiaoGang village, the pa- per puts forward some suggestions： to strengthen propaganda of Co - op Act, to train more professional co- operative talents, and to improve internal management mechanism.
